beautiful views but some room for improvement
The junior suite with a terrace offered fantastic sunsets and an unforgettable sea view. The staff were incredibly attentive, fulfilling every request efficiently. The location made it easy to explore the ancient old city, enhancing the experience of our stay.
The bathroom design felt less private, lacking a door separating it from the bedroom area.

The location of Calatrava in Palma is fantastic. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Cathedral and the charming old town. The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival, making the check-in process seamless. My room had a lovely, spacious layout with a comfortable bed. Having a coffee maker in the room was a nice touch. The rooftop terrace for breakfast was a highlight. Views of the sea while enjoying delicious, freshly prepared dishes were unforgettable. However, I found the room very dark. The low lighting felt modern but was impractical at times. Privacy was an issue due to the lack of curtains. I felt exposed with the shutters down. For dinner, the restaurant menu could have offered more substantial meal options. I also experienced some slow Wi-Fi. The spa was enjoyable, but it could benefit from a cold shower for muscle recovery after treatments. Small things like these could elevate the experience even further.
